The historic building in which the new Boscolo Exedra Nice is located, has its roots in the last century when, in 1913, Mr. Baumgartner, a famous Swiss hotelkeeper, commissioned the famous architect Charles Dalmas (author among others of the Carlton Hotel in Cannes) the project of the new building.
